Hoshiarpur, July 7
At least seven people have been confirmed dead and nearly a dozen injured in a tragic road accident that occurred in Dasuya town of Hoshiarpur district today. According to Dr Manmohan Singh, Senior Medical Officer at Dasuya Civil Hospital, the victims were brought in shortly after the accident. “Three of the injured succumbed to their injuries during treatment, including a young child,” the SMO told reporters. He added that others are undergoing treatment in the hospital.
