Panchkula, May 2
The Agrawal community in Panchkula organised a political outreach event on Saturday in the run-up to the Municipal Corporation elections, bringing together key leaders and candidates to engage with voters and show support for the upcoming civic polls.
The programme was held at Agrawal Bhawan in Sector 16, where members of the Agrawal Samaj gathered to extend support to mayoral and councillor candidates contesting the Panchkula Municipal Corporation elections.
Several prominent leaders attended the event, including Cabinet Minister Vipul Goel and Rajya Sabha MP Kartikeya Sharma, who addressed the gathering and interacted with community members.
Chief Minister’s political advisor Tarun Bhandari and former Haryana Assembly Speaker Gian Chand Gupta were also present at the event. Devotional singers Kanhaiya Mittal and Kulbhushan Goel also attended the programme.
BJP mayoral candidate Shyamlal Bansal was also present and engaged with attendees during the event, which is seen as part of ongoing outreach efforts ahead of the elections.
The event highlights intensified campaigning and community engagement in Panchkula as political parties and candidates step up efforts to connect with voters ahead of the municipal elections.
