Statewide programme features 92 aerial displays to showcase the Guru’s life and teachings

Drone shows were organised in Mohali on Tuesday and Wednesday as part of the Punjab Government’s year-long celebrations marking the 650th Parkash Purab of Sri Guru Ravidas Ji.
The shows are part of a statewide programme initiated by the Punjab Government’s Department of Tourism and Cultural Affairs, which invited agencies to conduct drone shows across Punjab to showcase the life, Bani and teachings of Guru Ravidas Ji.
The department’s programme envisages 92 drone shows across Punjab, with the aerial displays using digital technology to present aspects of Guru Ravidas Ji’s life and teachings.
The celebrations form part of a wider year-long programme focused on commemorating the 650th Parkash Purab of Guru Ravidas Ji.
