Adhura Ishq explores love, ambition and marriage

Story TV Dailies’ 100-episode drama follows a married couple whose lives change after a billionaire enters their world.

Television actors Rajveer Singh and Aaraddhana Sharma have joined hands for Adhura Ishq, a new relationship drama streaming on Story TV. The 100-episode series is part of Story TV Dailies, which releases a fresh episode every day for mobile-first audiences.

The series follows Aryan Kapoor, played by Rajveer Singh, an honest government civil engineer who leads a simple life with his wife Meera, portrayed by Aaraddhana Sharma. Their relationship faces challenges after they encounter Vikram Malhotra, a billionaire industrialist played by Ankit Raj, whose wealth and influence begin to change the dynamics of their marriage.

The drama explores themes of love, self-worth, ambition and aspirations as Aryan and Meera navigate changing circumstances and questions about their life together.

Singh, who has appeared in television shows including Sufiyana Pyaar Mera, Qurbaan Hua, Rajjo and Neerja… Ek Nayi Pehchaan, said the microdrama format offered an opportunity to combine short-form storytelling with the emotional depth of a continuing drama.

He said the Dailies format allowed viewers to return to the characters every day and develop a deeper connection with their journey. Singh added that Aryan undergoes a significant transformation as his circumstances change.

Sharma, known for shows including Taarak Mehta Ka Ooltah Chashmah, Aladdin Naam Toh Suna Hoga, Barsaatein: Mausam Pyaar Ka and MTV Splitsvilla, plays Meera. She said the daily format allowed her to gradually explore the character’s aspirations, relationships and emotions.

Adhura Ishq also features Roneisha Sharma as Aryan’s daughter Riddhi, along with Shraddha Singh, Raghav Binani, Trishna, Prarthana and Bindhya.

Launched in May 2026, Story TV Dailies aims to bring the viewing habit of daily television to the mobile-first microdrama format. Adhura Ishq is streaming on Story TV, with a new episode released every day.
