Disha Patani’s top box office hits reflect her strong commercial success

Actor Disha Patani has steadily carved out a niche for herself as one of Bollywood’s dependable commercial stars, featuring in several high-grossing films across different genres. As audiences await her return to the big screen in Awarapan 2, her filmography reflects a consistent presence in some of Indian cinema’s biggest box office successes.
Leading the list is Kung Fu Yoga (2017), which remains the highest-grossing film of Disha’s career with worldwide earnings of over ₹1,600 crore. The Indo-Chinese action-adventure, co-starring Jackie Chan, became a massive international success, particularly in China, and showcased Disha in an action-oriented role.Her next biggest commercial success is Kalki 2898 AD (2024), which crossed ₹1,000 crore worldwide. In the futuristic epic directed by Nag Ashwin, Disha appeared in an extended cameo as Roxie alongside Prabhas. The film also featured Amitabh Bachchan, Deepika Padukone and Kamal Haasan and became one of the biggest global blockbusters from Indian cinema.
Released in 2019, Bharat collected approximately ₹325 crore worldwide. Directed by Ali Abbas Zafar, the period drama featured Disha opposite Salman Khan in the younger phase of the story. Although her screen time was limited, her performance and the popular song Slow Motion drew significant attention. Baaghi 2 (2018), starring Tiger Shroff and Disha Patani, earned around ₹250 crore worldwide. Disha portrayed Neha in the action thriller, which went on to become one of the year’s highest-grossing Bollywood films. Disha’s breakthrough came with M.S. Dhoni: The Untold Story (2016), which collected more than ₹215 crore globally. Playing Priyanka Jha in the Neeraj Pandey directorial, she received widespread appreciation and several Best Debut honors. The Sushant Singh Rajput starrer was both a critical and commercial success.
Her latest release, Welcome To The Jungle (2026), has already collected ₹106.78 crore and continues its theatrical run. Directed by Ahmed Khan, the ensemble comedy has emerged as another commercial success in Disha’s career, with collections expected to grow further.
Rounding off the list is Malang (2020), which earned approximately ₹85 crore worldwide. Directed by Mohit Suri, the thriller gave Disha one of her most substantial roles, allowing her to showcase greater emotional depth and contribute to another successful box-office outing.
With Awarapan 2 set to release, Disha Patani’s impressive commercial track record highlights her consistent association with successful films and reinforces her position among Bollywood’s dependable box office performers.
