The discovery of a man’s body under a bridge near Khetpurali village in Barwala block of Panchkula district triggered panic in the area. The deceased is believed to belong to the Sikh community, with a kara found on his hand. No mobile phone was recovered, while slippers were found nearby, raising suspicion.
The body appeared to have been thrown into a deep section beneath the bridge, leading police to suspect foul play. Upon receiving information, police teams reached the spot and launched an investigation. CCTV footage from nearby areas is being examined, and efforts are underway to identify the deceased.
