Team India departs Dharamshala for Lucknow after ODI victory over Afghanistan

India’s cricket team departed for Lucknow from Kangra Airport on Monday afternoon following its impressive victory over Afghanistan in the opening match of the three-match ODI series in Dharamshala. The players appeared upbeat and confident after securing the win and taking an early lead in the series.

A large number of cricket fans gathered at the airport to catch a glimpse of their favourite stars before their departure. Indian captain Rohit Sharma, batter Shreyas Iyer and spinner Kuldeep Yadav interacted with supporters, posing for photographs and signing autographs, much to the delight of fans.

With momentum on their side, the Indian team will now shift focus to the second ODI against Afghanistan, scheduled to be played on June 17 at the Atal Bihari Vajpayee Ekana Stadium in Lucknow. India will be aiming to clinch the series with another strong performance when the two teams meet in the second match.
