Prime Minister Narendra Modi on Saturday chaired a meeting of the Economic Advisory Council to the Prime Minister (EAC-PM), where members discussed measures to strengthen India’s economic growth amid global economic uncertainties.
According to official sources, the meeting focused on ideas aimed at sustaining growth and improving the ease of living and ease of doing business in the country. Council members also shared their assessment of the potential impact of the ongoing conflict in West Asia on India and the global economy. The discussions centred on policy reforms and strategies to help India navigate external challenges while maintaining economic momentum.
