Panchkula Grievance Committee resolves all 8 public complaints, says minister Krishan Lal Panwar

All eight public complaints resolved; Minister directs officials to clear pending cases within one month.

Haryana Development and Panchayats Minister, Krishan Lal Panwar attended the District Public Relations and Grievance Redressal Committee meeting in Panchkula. Kalka MLA Shakti Rani Sharma, DC, and other senior officials were also present. The committee took up eight public complaints, and all were resolved, achieving a 100% disposal rate.

Speaking to the media after the meeting, Panwar thanked the District Administration, Panchkula Mayor and committee members for ensuring the resolution of all complaints. He said that people appearing before the committee in future would also be assured justice.

The minister directed officials to ensure that no complaint remains pending for more than one month. Departments have been given one month to complete necessary action. He also referred to a previous case in which a woman police station SHO and investigating officer were suspended. He said delays of two to three months in a Municipal Corporation-related case had also been taken up.

On Congress MP, Deepender Singh Hooda’s controversial remarks about former MP Sajjan Singh, Panwar said Congress leaders make statements according to their own preferences, while BJP’s senior leaders speak responsibly and after due consideration.

Commenting on Gurmeet Ram Rahim’s parole, Panwar said granting parole is a matter of the court and falls within an individual’s legal rights. He added that he had also served as the Jail Minister.

Regarding the Haryana Assembly’s Monsoon Session beginning August 27, Panwar thanked Chief Minister Nayab Singh Saini for convening the session and said the government was working in the state’s interest by considering suggestions from both the government and the opposition.
