Chandigarh, September 5
Anurag Dalal(26) research scholar and Independent candidate, has made history by winning the Panjab University Campus Student Council (PUCSC) presidential election. Dalal, who formed the Democratic Students’ Front (DSF) just days before the election, secured a total of 3,433 votes, defeating his closest competitor, Prince Chaudhary of the Chhatra Yuva Sangharsh Samiti (CYSS), by a margin of 303 votes.
