Mashobra: The House of Abhinandan Lodha (HoABL) has announced the launch of The Ridge, an ultra-luxury villa development in Mashobra, Himachal Pradesh, around 10 kilometres from Shimla. The project offers a limited collection of 3 and 4 BHK villas, combining mountain living, wellness-focused facilities and seven-star hospitality.

Spread across 11.5 acres at approximately 7,000 feet above sea level, the development overlooks Gharshi Valley and is surrounded by 950 hectares of Deodar forests. The villas start at Rs 9.5 crore, according to the project announcement.

The company said The Ridge was designed to address growing demand among India’s high-net-worth and ultra-high-net-worth households for second homes offering more than occasional holidays. The development aims to combine natural surroundings with wellness and hospitality services.

The project is built around five elements: longevity-focused living, engineering suited to Himalayan terrain, a specialised product ecosystem, natural surroundings with panoramic views, and seven-star hospitality.

Its longevity-focused approach incorporates nature, movement, recovery, wellness and science into residential living. According to the company, the concept is intended to make wellbeing an integral part of life in the mountains.

The development also follows Mashobra’s natural contours to maximise views of Gharshi Valley, the announcement said.

Commenting on the launch, Abhinandan Lodha, chairman of the House of Abhinandan Lodha, said the company aimed to create elevated experiences across its projects.
