Software updates target camera stability and connectivity concerns

Ludhiana: Ai+ Smartphone is using customer feedback to guide software updates, product testing and after-sales support, with a focus on camera stability, connectivity and device performance, the company said.

The brand gathers feedback through customer reviews, everyday device usage and service interactions. The insights are shared with product and technical teams to inform targeted over-the-air (OTA) updates and product refinements.

The company said the Nova 2 Ultra 5G has received software updates aimed at improving camera stability. Customer feedback is also being incorporated into product reviews and pre-launch testing to identify potential issues before new devices reach consumers.

Across its portfolio, customers have appreciated the brand’s design, camera capabilities, battery life, performance and value for money, according to the company. The Nova 2 Neo 5G has received positive feedback for battery performance and accessibility, while the Nova 2 Power 5G has been appreciated for its overall experience and Blue Fusion dual-tone design.

The Nova 2 Ultra 5G has received recognition for photography, performance and its AMOLED display. The Nova 2 5G, Nova 2 Pro 5G and Ai+ Pulse 2 have also received encouraging responses for their overall experience, value, battery, display and design.

The company has also introduced Project Open Review, an initiative that invites external reviewers to evaluate devices before launch. It said the programme had recorded more than 1,000 registrations from reviewers, creators, journalists, technology enthusiasts and ethical hackers.

Archi Gogoi, Head of Brand, Marketing and Growth at Ai+ Smartphone, said customer feedback helped the company identify product strengths and areas requiring improvement. The brand aims to use these insights to drive software updates, strengthen testing and improve customer support.

Ai+ Smartphone is also strengthening daily feedback collection, case tracking and coordination between customer service and technical teams. Where spare-parts shortages affect repair timelines, handset replacements are arranged wherever required and feasible, the company said.

The brand aims to resolve most service concerns within three to four days, depending on the nature of the issue and spare-parts availability. It also plans to introduce customer experience videos after service resolution to assess satisfaction and identify areas for further improvement.
