An FIR filed by the father of Sushant Singh Rajput’s manager alleges that his daughter was murdered after obtaining incriminating information about alleged drug trafficking, child abuse and other unlawful activities involving Aditya Thackeray and others. The father of Sushant Singh Rajput’s manager has also alleged that his daughter was gang-raped and murdered to prevent her from revealing information about alleged drug trafficking, child abuse and other unlawful activities involving Aditya Thackeray and others. Thackeray has denied the allegations, calling them false and fabricated.

According to the complaint, the manager, identified as victim DS in the FIR, came into possession of what the complainant described as “incriminating and objectionable information” concerning Aditya Thackeray and others.

The FIR alleges that she shared the information with Sushant Singh Rajput and that the two planned to make it public through a press conference.

At the time, Aditya Thackeray was a Cabinet minister in Maharashtra, while his father, Uddhav Thackeray, was the state’s chief minister.

The complaint alleges that a criminal conspiracy was then hatched to prevent the information from being disclosed. It further alleges that the manager was gang-raped and murdered and that evidence was subsequently suppressed or fabricated to portray her death as suicide.

The FIR also alleges that the manager shared the information with Rajput, who in turn told actor Rhea Chakraborty. The complaint claims Chakraborty was in contact with Aditya Thackeray and Dino Morea and had informed them that the manager and Rajput intended to expose the alleged activities.

According to the FIR, Chakraborty left Rajput and blocked his phone number on the day the manager was allegedly killed.

The complaint says Rajput became frightened after learning of her death and told people around him, in substance, “Now those people will not spare me.”

It further alleges that Rajput subsequently instructed his staff to delete digital evidence from mobile phones and other devices. A cyber expert was also allegedly called to erase CCTV footage and other digital material from premises where meetings had taken place.

The FIR claims that these details were later disclosed by Rajput’s family members and staff during the CBI investigation into his death.

The complaint also alleges the involvement of police officers and public servants in the alleged conspiracy and subsequent cover-up. It names several politicians, police officers, security guards, doctors, forensic officials and other individuals whose roles, it says, require investigation.

The FIR challenges the account that the manager had remained inside a flat from 4 June 2020 until her death on 9 June.

According to the complaint, earlier statements claimed that on the night of 8-9 June, she spoke to Ankita Satur on the telephone from about 12.06am to 1.16am before becoming upset, locking herself in another room and allegedly jumping from the building at about 1.20am.

But the complainant alleges that CCTV footage contradicts this account.

The FIR says CCTV footage showed the manager going towards or entering Flat 1101 at about 8.15pm on 8 June. It also alleges that footage showed Rohan Roy, Preeti Rane, security guard Shivmurad Gautam and police personnel using a lift at about 12.55am and going to Flat 1202.

The complaint says this raises questions about the earlier account of where the manager was before her death.

The FIR also points to alleged inconsistencies in hospital records, descriptions of the clothes on the body, photographs and post-mortem records.

It further questions the reported landing position of the body, alleging that it was found about 25 feet from the building and that a subsequent scene reconstruction failed to reproduce the same landing.

The complainant also alleges that records and video of the reconstruction are now missing from the local police investigation file.

Another allegation concerns the manager’s mobile phone.

The FIR claims police took possession of the phone at about 9.40am on 9 June 2020, but that the device continued to be active and was operated afterwards.

It alleges that different explanations were subsequently given by police about the phone and that seizure records were suppressed, destroyed or replaced with another version.

The complaint further alleges that the phone was possessed and operated by Sachin Waze and Aditya Thackeray and was used to identify people who had communicated with the manager.

It alleges that some potential witnesses were subsequently threatened, pressured or prevented from disclosing information, while data from the phone was deleted or tampered with.

The FIR names Aditya Thackeray, Rohan Roy, Dino Morea, Sooraj Pancholi, Rhea Chakraborty, Showik Chakraborty, Sachin Waze, Param Bir Singh, Uddhav Thackeray, Anil Deshmukh and several police officers and other individuals for investigation.

The allegations also include claims of suppression or destruction of official records, fabrication of documents and misuse of police machinery and public resources.

Aditya Thackeray has previously denied the allegations, describing them as false and fabricated.

Speaking to the media, he said he had nothing to do with the case and questioned why he should respond to allegations he considered baseless.

He also alleged that the BJP had been trying to defame him for years, saying such allegations were part of attempts to target him politically.

The allegations in the FIR have not been established in court. Their veracity including the claims about the deaths of Rajput and his manager and the alleged involvement of the individuals named in the complaint, remains subject to investigation and legal proceedings.
