At a time when Bollywood music is increasingly dominated by remixes, club tracks and promotional dance numbers, the makers of Welcome To The Jungle have released Deewane Hain, a celebratory track that seeks to revive the charm of traditional festive songs once synonymous with weddings, family gatherings and community celebrations.
Featuring the film’s ensemble cast, the song highlights themes of togetherness, joy and shared celebration. Through colorful visuals and a lively atmosphere, Deewane Hain reflects the spirit of classic Bollywood songs that encouraged audiences to sing, dance, and celebrate collectively.
Composer, lyricist, and singer Anand Raj Anand said the song was created to evoke a sense of familiarity and connection among listeners.
“When I started working on Deewane Hain, I was not thinking about trends. I wanted to create something that feels familiar the moment people hear it. This is the kind of song that can be enjoyed together at weddings, festivals, and celebrations. We have grown up listening to songs that brought people together, and I wanted to recreate that emotion,” he said.
The track has been sung by Anand Raj Anand and Amruta Fadnavis, with music production by Vikram Nagi and arrangements by Prakash Peters. The composition blends live instrumentation, percussion-heavy arrangements, and Kashmiri folk influences. Flute sections have been performed by Naveen Kumar, while the rhythm and percussion arrangements were led by Dipesh Varma and his team.
Sharing her thoughts on the song, Amruta Fadnavis said its biggest strength lies in its simplicity and positive energy.
“What I loved most about Deewane Hain is its happy and inclusive spirit. It makes you want to smile, sing along, and become part of the celebration. That is something we do not hear very often today,” she said.
Placed close to the climax of Welcome To The Jungle, the song complements the film’s larger theme of nostalgia and large-scale entertainment. Rather than chasing short-term digital trends, the track focuses on the timeless appeal of music that brings people together.
Directed by Ahmed Khan, Welcome To The Jungle features an ensemble cast including Akshay Kumar, Suniel Shetty, Disha Patani, Jacqueline Fernandez, Arshad Warsi, Paresh Rawal, Raveena Tandon, and several other actors. The film is scheduled for a worldwide theatrical release on June 26, 2026.
The release of Deewane Hain adds a nostalgic touch to the film’s promotional campaign while introducing audiences to a style of Bollywood celebration song that has become increasingly rare in contemporary cinema.
