Vinesh Phogat’s appeal for a shared silver medal, following her disqualification from an Olympic final for missing weight, could be resolved as late as Tuesday, according to the Court of Arbitration for Sport (CAS). 

“Vinesh Phogat’s appeal for a shared silver medal, following her disqualification from an Olympic final for missing weight, could be resolved as late as Tuesday, according to the Court of Arbitration for Sport (CAS),” reported The Indian Express. Following her disqualification, the wrestler took to her social media platform X, formerly known as Twitter, to announce her retirement from the sport.
