As per the NDTV PROFIT, the problems led to a wave of complaints on X (formerly Twitter), with users expressing frustration over their inability to access services and execute trades. Ekantic Gaur (@ekantikgaur) highlighted the issue, tweeting, “Why @_groww not executed my order? I am getting a loss—who will be responsible for it? Shame on you @groww.”
The news outlet report said that Groww has not yet released an official statement regarding the outage, but its customer support team has been responding to user queries on social media, offering assistance and resolving issues where possible. Some users have reported that their concerns have been addressed, but others are still waiting for a resolution.
