Donald Trump has pledged to act with “historic speed and strength” on his return to the White House, promising to repeal “every radical, foolish executive order” signed by the Biden administration. Addressing supporters at a victory rally, he vowed to prioritize right-wing policies, including cracking down on illegal immigration, lifting the TikTok ban, and reversing measures on transgender rights. “You are gonna have a lot of fun watching television. Somebody said, don’t sign so many in one day, let’s do it over weeks. I said, like hell … no, we’re doing them tomorrow,” Trump said on Sunday, as quoted by news outlet The Guardian.

According to The New York Times, over 30 miles of anti-scale fencing are being erected in Washington, D.C., alongside concrete barriers, surveillance drones, and road closures. The scene contrasts sharply with Trump’s first inauguration. This time, technology moguls and billionaires are reportedly courting favor at Mar-a-Lago, while corporations scale back climate and diversity initiatives to align with the incoming administration, the news outlet said.
