The Himachal Pradesh government has decided to amend the Land Ceiling Act, 1972, to facilitate the transfer of land belonging to the Radha Soami Satsang Beas (RSSB) hospital at Bhota in Hamirpur to its sister organization, Chief Minister Sukhvinder Singh Sukhu said. He said that the proposed amendment, will be tabled during the winter session of the Vidhan Sabha in December, seeks to exempt the charitable institution from paying ₹2 crore in GST.
