Punjab Vidhan Sabha Speaker Kultar Singh Sandhwan today swore in Kuldeep Singh Kala Dhillon as the newly-elected Congress MLA from Barnala. Dhillon was accompanied by his family and key dignitaries at the ceremony. The event was attended by several senior political figures, including Leader of Opposition Partap Singh Bajwa, Punjab Congress President and MP Amarinder Singh Raja Warring, former Minister Balbir Singh Sidhu, Aruna Chaudhery, and senior Vidhan Sabha officials.
