Punjab Vidhan Sabha Speaker Kultar Singh Sandhwan has praised the Punjab Police for its prompt action to foiled the attack on Senior SAD leader and ex-deputy CM Sukhbir Singh Badal, who was penance at the entrance of the Sri Darbar Sahib, Amritsar. In a press statement issued here today, Sandhwan, while terming the incident very unfortunate, said that every person feels safe in the Guru Ghar and respect for the Guru Ghar is utmost. He condemned the incident calling it highly condemnable.
Sandhwan said that the Punjab Police deserve accolades for the vigilant action to avert the attack at the most sacred place.
