Haryana Chief Minister Nayab Singh Saini has retained 12 key portfolios in the newly formed council of ministers, including Home, Finance, Excise and Taxation, Planning, and Town and Country Planning. Additional portfolios under Saini’s control are Information, Public Relations, Language and Culture, Administration of Justice, General Administration, Housing for All, Criminal Investigation Department (C.I.D.), Personnel and Training, and Law and Legislative.
The Haryana Governor has issued the notification in this regard. Former Home Minister Anil Vij, who served under ex-CM M L Khattar, has been allocated Energy and Transport.
