Chandigarh, September 24
Punjab Congress Chief Amarinder Raja Warring today took a sharp dig at actress and BJP MP Kangana Ranaut, suggesting that she “needs mental treatment” following her recent controversial statements about the Congress. Warring claimed that Kangana has grown accustomed to making unnecessary remarks to gain attention. He further attacked her understanding of political issues, particularly agricultural laws, stating that “she doesn’t know the ABC of them.”
Kangana, who is also the Mandi Lok Sabha MP from Himachal Pradesh, recently accused the Congress-led government in Himachal of taking out loans and diverting the funds to former Indian National Congress president Sonia Gandhi. In response, Himachal Pradesh Cabinet Minister Vikramaditya Singh also challenged Kangana to provide evidence for her allegations, warning that he would file a defamation case if she failed to do so.
