The city’s fashion calendar wrapped up a star-studded weekend on Monday as the annual Chandigarh Times Fashion Week concluded at The Lalit after three days of designer showcases, celebrity appearances and runway presentations.

Hosted by Roohi Baweja, fashion and lifestyle influencer and fashion editor, the event brought together designers, models, celebrities and fashion enthusiasts. Punjabi actor and singer Himanshi Khurana, actor and model Akanksha Puri, Bollywood actor and former beauty queen Urvashi Rautela, actor Avneet Kaur and actor-model Mugdha Godse added star appeal as celebrity showstoppers during the event.

Baweja has hosted Times Fashion Week and several fashion events across Delhi-NCR and Chandigarh and has also been associated with prominent fashion platforms, including FDCI Couture Week.

An initiative of The Times of India, the fashion week was presented by The One – Elanor & Harmony, in association with the Indian Institute of Fashion Design (IIFD) and powered by FIMA Carlo Frattini.

The three-day showcase featured Deepthi Reddy, MEEE MIII by MB, Silky Bindra, Aakriti by Nandita, Shoppers Stop and IIFD, with Reynu Tandon presenting the closing show with The One.

The finale saw Urvashi Rautela take the runway as the grand finale showstopper, bringing the event to a close amid applause and the cameras of guests and fashion followers.

Throughout the event, the runway remained the focal point, with models presenting the latest collections against an illuminated backdrop. Away from the ramp, carefully styled guests, photographs and socialising added to the atmosphere.

For Chandigarh’s fashion crowd, the three-day event brought together fashion, entertainment and the city’s social scene, with the final walk giving the annual showcase a fitting close.
