India beat South Korea by 4-1 in a one-sided semi-final held at the Mogi Hockey Training Base on September 16. From the start, India asserted their dominance. Abhishek tested South Korean goalkeeper Jaehan Kim with a reverse strike in the opening minutes. South Korea tried to respond with increased possession and wing play, but India’s defensive structure held firm. Despite South Korea’s efforts, India maintained their offensive pressure. In the final quarter, India continued to dominate, with Abhishek and Araijeet forcing more saves from the South Korean keeper. India will now be facing China in the final on Tuesday, September 17.
