Prime Minister Narendra Modi has described the National Education Policy (NEP) 2020 as a turning point for India’s education sector, calling it an “intellectual renaissance” that fosters self-reliance and global competitiveness. Responding to a post by Union Education Minister Dharmendra Pradhan on X, Modi said India’s education system has undergone a historic transformation over the past decade. He emphasised that NEP 2020 is not just a reform but a vision for progress through education and innovation.
