SAS Nagar (Mohali), August 28

Real estate developer OTIL — One Time Investment in Luxury — has expanded its presence in Mohali with the acquisition of two properties through the GAMADA auction, adding more than 12 acres to its strategic portfolio.

The acquisitions comprise 9.5 acres in Aerocity-I Block, located along the Mohali-Zirakpur and Patiala Junction corridors, and a 2.59-acre commercial plot in Sector 67, Mohali. The developer described the locations as key opportunities for future real estate and commercial development.

The acquisitions were celebrated at an event attended by more than 200 real estate professionals, dealers, consultants and investors from across the region. Punjabi artists Mankirt Aulakh and Sarah Gurpal also performed at the event.

Speaking on the occasion, OTIL Founder Deepak Garg said the right opportunity and location were central to a successful real estate investment.

“Luxury means something different to everyone, but a great real estate investment has one common denominator — the right opportunity at the right location,” Garg said.

He added that OTIL viewed property investment as an investment in “a dream, a future and a legacy”, covering opportunities ranging from one-acre farmhouses and premium plots to residential addresses on Airport Road and commercial destinations.

The event also highlighted OTIL’s approach to luxury real estate through projects including The Farm District, its one-acre farmhouse concept, and White Avenue, a plotting project focused on location, aspiration and future value.

The company said its projects had received recognition across the region and that it intended to build on this track record through strategically located developments.

With the Aerocity-I and Sector 67 acquisitions, OTIL said it would continue focusing on strategic locations, differentiated real estate opportunities and long-term value creation across the Mohali region.
