In line with Punjab Chief Minister Bhagwant Mann’s directive to strengthen the cooperative sector, Special Chief Secretary VK Singh instructed officers on Saturday to expedite the digitalisation of Primary Agricultural Cooperative Societies (PACS) and complete the process by December 31.
