The Chaudhary Foundation has announced free expert coaching for OBC youth to improve communication skills and enhance job opportunities, while also pledging to pursue implementation of the 93rd Constitutional Amendment in Himachal Pradesh to secure reservation in higher educational institutions.

Newly appointed foundation president Vittal Sakda said many young people are unable to clear interviews in metro cities due to poor communication skills. He said the issue was brought to the foundation’s attention by several youths, following which the decision was taken to provide structured coaching support.

Sakda said the initiative, which is already underway, will now be expanded further and made more accessible. He added that the program will not be limited to OBC youth, and other unemployed young people can also approach the foundation for training and interview preparation.

He said the objective is to make youth job-ready by strengthening their communication skills and improving their interview performance.

Regarding reservations, Sakda said efforts to implement the 93rd Constitutional Amendment in the state have been ongoing for a long time. He said the amendment has been implemented in several states but not in Himachal Pradesh, depriving students of reservation benefits in higher education institutions.

He added that the foundation will work in consultation with community intellectuals and intensify efforts to push for the demand.
