Punjabi entertainment OTT platform Chaupal has added the latest installment of one of Punjabi cinema’s most popular franchises, Chal Mera Putt 4, to its streaming library. The film, starring Amrinder Gill, is now available for audiences in India after its overseas release in August 2025.

The Chal Mera Putt franchise has earned widespread popularity over the years for its heartwarming stories, humor, and portrayal of the lives of Punjabi immigrants. Led by Amrinder Gill, the series has become one of the most successful family entertainers in Punjabi cinema.

Directed by Janjot Singh and written by Rakesh Dhawan, Chal Mera Putt 4 features an ensemble cast including Amrinder Gill, Simi Chahal, Gurshabad, Hardeep Gill, Iftikhar Thakur, Nasir Chinyoti, Akram Udas, Hamza Butt, Suki Chott, Seema Kaushal and Mohini Toor.

The film follows Jinder and his friends after they discover a mysterious bag containing £1 million, leading to a series of comic situations as it explores themes of friendship, family, and emotional bonds that have defined the franchise.
