Neetu Kapoor calls son ‘Rana’, while Riddhima Kapoor Sahni and Soni Razdan share personal wishes on social media

Actor Ranbir Kapoor turned 44 on Monday, with his family marking the occasion through heartfelt posts on social media.

Ranbir’s mother, actor Neetu Kapoor, shared a selfie with her son and wished him on Instagram, affectionately calling him “Rana” and writing that she felt blessed to have him as her son.

His sister Riddhima Kapoor Sahni shared an old photograph with Ranbir and penned a birthday message for her brother, calling him her “chand” and wishing him a happy birthday.

Soni Razdan, Ranbir’s mother-in-law, also shared a photograph featuring Ranbir and Alia Bhatt. Wishing him on his birthday, she called him “the best man in the house” and sent him love and blessings.

The birthday posts offered glimpses into the actor’s family life, with childhood memories, photographs and personal messages taking centre stage as Ranbir marked another year.

Ranbir, the son of late actor Rishi Kapoor and Neetu Kapoor, has remained one of Hindi cinema’s prominent actors since making his debut with “Saawariya” in 2007.

On the work front, Bhansali Productions marked the occasion with a social-media post featuring Ranbir, Alia Bhatt, Vicky Kaushal and Sanjay Leela Bhansali, confirming “Love & War” for release on January 21, 2027. Ranbir is also set to play Lord Rama in “Ramayana: Part 1”, scheduled for release in November.
