On World Photography Day, photographer Inder Verma donated blood for the 77th time and was honored by the CPA.

To mark the World Photography Day on August 19, the Chandigarh Photographers Association (CPA) organised its annual blood donation camp in collaboration with the Sukh Foundation.
CPA Chairman JPS Garcha presided over the camp in the presence of President Saroj Chauhan and General Secretary Sunil Bhatt. Speaking on the occasion, Amit Dewan, founder of the Sukh Foundation, said that many CPA members and city residents volunteered to donate blood for this charitable cause. The Health Department and the Sukh Foundation’s medical team collected blood at the camp where 74 photographers donated their blood.
Photographer Inder Verma, who has been associated with photography for many years, donated blood for the 77th time making the occasion all the more special.
All CPA officials and members were present at the event and the World Photo Day was celebrated with a cake-cutting ceremony organised to mark the occasion.
