Dharamshala, June 10
A special Havan Yajna was organized at Chamunda Nandikeshwar Dham on Wednesday to pray for the long life, good health, and continued service of Prime Minister Narendra Modi. The event was held to mark Modi becoming the longest continuously elected Prime Minister in India’s democratic history.
The religious ceremony was attended by Dharamshala MLA Sudhir Sharma, BJP office-bearers, party workers, and a large number of devotees and local residents. Prayers were offered for the Prime Minister’s well-being and continued contributions to the nation’s development.
Speaking to mediapersons on the occasion, Sudhir Sharma described the achievement as a matter of pride for the country. He said Narendra Modi’s leadership over the past 12 years has helped India establish a strong identity on the global stage and achieve significant progress across various sectors.
Sharma said India is today playing an important leadership role internationally under Modi’s guidance and has emerged as an example for several nations in different fields. He added that the special Havan at the revered Chamunda Nandikeshwar Dham was organized as a mark of respect and gratitude for the Prime Minister’s service to the nation.
The MLA expressed confidence that under Modi’s leadership, the country would continue to advance on the path of development and public welfare. The event concluded with prayers and participation from party workers and devotees who gathered at the temple complex.
