Punjab’s NRI Affairs Minister Kuldeep Singh Dhaliwal on Thursday announced that 343 out of 393 complaints received during the last three online NRI Milnees have been resolved. In the fourth monthly session, held at the Punjab Civil Secretariat, 123 new complaints were registered—98 via email and 25 through WhatsApp.

Dhaliwal personally addressed grievances through video conferencing, stating that Punjab is the only state to implement such an initiative for Non-Resident Indians. He directed ADGP NRI Wing Praveen K Sinha and district SSPs to act promptly on the complaints and assured NRIs that their issues would be resolved at the earliest.

“I am always available to address your concerns, and no effort will be spared in resolving your grievances,” Dhaliwal said, inviting NRIs to meet him anytime. The session was attended by Additional Chief Secretary Dilip Kumar, ADGP Sinha, and officials from the NRI Affairs Department.
