KL Rahul’s calm, composed century at Headingley had the scoreboard ticking—and hearts swelling with pride back home. As the Indian batter reached his milestone in the second innings of the India vs England Test, his biggest fans, wife Athiya Shetty and father-in-law Suniel Shetty, were quick to celebrate the moment.
Taking to Instagram, Athiya shared a photo of Rahul raising his bat mid-pitch and captioned it simply: “This one is special ❤️.” Meanwhile, Suniel Shetty posted a powerful tribute to his son-in-law, writing, “A knock that spoke less, but said everything. Proud of you son @klrahul,” alongside a photo of the cricketer mid-match.
