New Delhi, October 28

Prime Minister Narendra Modi will visit Mumbai on October 29 to address the Maritime Leaders Conclave and chair the Global Maritime CEO Forum during India Maritime Week 2025 at the NESCO Exhibition Centre. The Global Maritime CEO Forum, the flagship event of the week, will convene CEOs of leading maritime companies, major investors, policy-makers, innovators and international partners to discuss the future of the global maritime ecosystem. The dialogue will focus on sustainable maritime growth, resilient supply chains, green shipping and strategies for an inclusive blue economy.

The Prime Minister’s participation reflects his commitment to a future-oriented maritime transformation under the Maritime Amrit Kaal Vision 2047. The vision is structured around four pillars — port-led development, shipping and shipbuilding, seamless logistics and maritime skill-building — aimed at positioning India as a leading maritime power.

India Maritime Week 2025, held from 27–31 October under the theme “Uniting Oceans, One Maritime Vision”, will showcase India’s strategic roadmap to become a global maritime hub. The event is expected to host over 1,00,000 delegates, 500  exhibitors, 350 speakers and participants from more than 85 countries.
