Punjab Chief Minister Bhagwant Singh Mann on Monday reaffirmed his commitment to serving the state with renewed vigor and dedication, drawing inspiration from the teachings of Guru Gobind Singh. The CM paid obeisance at Gurdwara Bhatha Sahib and greeted the public on the occasion of the Parkash Purab of the Tenth Sikh Guru.
In his address, Mann emphasized that Guru Gobind Singh’s life and teachings, which advocate for the fight against tyranny, injustice, and oppression, remain a source of inspiration. He urged citizens to pledge themselves to their duties with sincerity and commitment, echoing the Guru’s call for justice and equality.
Mann further stated that Guru Gobind Singh’s universal message of peace, brotherhood, and humanism holds significant relevance in today’s society. He assured that the state government is committed to following the path outlined by the Guru to ensure the well-being of all societal sections.
During his visit, the CM prayed for the peace, progress, and prosperity of Punjab, expressing hopes that the state would lead the country in every aspect. He also called for the strengthening of communal harmony, urging people to celebrate the occasion beyond caste, color, creed, and religion.
