Shocking CCTV footage has emerged from Jalandhar’s Bhargav Camp area showing three masked robbers looting a jewellery shop at gunpoint. The armed men entered the store on Thursday morning soon after it opened. The shop owner’s son, who was present at the time, was threatened at gunpoint as the robbers demanded cash and gold ornaments.

The video shows the assailants brandishing pistols and pointing them directly at the shopkeeper before quickly emptying display trays of jewellery. The entire incident lasted only a few minutes, after which the robbers fled with gold ornaments and cash.

Shop owner Vijay said the men took valuables worth several lakhs of rupees. “My son had just opened the shop when they came in with guns. They threatened him and took everything before running away,” he told police. The footage from multiple CCTV cameras inside the shop captured clear images of the suspects. The Police have launched an investigation and are scanning the recordings to identify the culprits.

Senior officers have also been deployed in the area, and nearby CCTV cameras are being examined to trace the robbers’ route after the incident. The Police have urged residents and traders to remain vigilant and immediately report any suspicious movement.
