The BJP will hold a ‘Badlav Rally’ at Killi Chahal in Punjab’s Moga on March 14, party leaders said on Thursday.
Union Home Minister Amit Shah will address the rally. Punjab BJP Scheduled Caste Morcha vice-president Paramjit Singh Kainth said the rally will send a message of positive change and development in Punjab.
He said Punjab BJP president Sunil Jakhar, working president Ashwani Sharma and organisation secretary Manthri Srinivasulu have been visiting different districts to mobilise party workers ahead of the rally.
Kainth said the rally will reflect the party’s commitment to good governance, transparency and development in the state. He added that thousands of party workers, farmers, youth and people from different sections of society from across Punjab are expected to participate in the event.
Kainth also appealed to party workers and supporters to attend the rally in large numbers and make it a success.
